Discover traditional Romanian music by the aid of violin lessons held by chief-conductor Marius Zorila

Creart – The Creation, Art and Tradition Centre, Bucharest will organize the registration procedure for the violin lessons held by the music teacher Marius Zorila, chief-conductor of ”Valachia” National Orchestra, at the headquarters from French Quarter , No. 114-140 Nordului Street, Villa no.130.
These violin lessons represent a new project developed within the ”The Folklore Factory” Workshop and it is dedicated to students between the age of 9 and 19. According to the final number of registration, the lessons will be held for special age categories and groups.
Students may discover the beauty of Romanian traditional music and dance songs and various tempos from different ethno-folkloric regions of our country. Our best students will have the chance to record songs, alongside Marius Zorila and ”Valachia” National Orchestra and take part in shows organized by Creart.

Marius Zorilă is a teacher, orchestrator and violonist, visiting professor – captain at the Military School of Music in Bucharest, founding ”Valachia” National Orchestra formed by young musicians who graduated National University of Music Bucharest U.N.M. The Orchestra has been widely recognized on the Romanian folklore stage, setting new standards for our national folklore as well as for international traditional music.
