The play starts like a standard comedy.
An unknown man, apparently an oddball person, comes into the house pf Bungalor family (Poland), asking Mr. Josef Bungalor how and to whom should he give bribe in order to regain the lands of his parents, deported by the Nazis during war.
„Bribing lessons” are spread with a savory humor. It is clear that the things are working the same then and now, influenced by mercantilism and powerful relatives.
The story turns into a tragedy when the intruder Nok discovers his own identity.
